They each pushed me to reach each goal I had set in front of me as well allowing me the tools to do so and helping me gain the skills necessary. These are not all the individuals who helped me grow to how I am, however there is too many to say for certain.
In my free time, I’m all about staying active and finding ways to push my limits. Whether I’m hitting the basketball court, cooking up something new in the kitchen, or keeping fit through running and gym sessions, I’m always moving. I also love getting into adrenaline-packed activities like paintball, always on the lookout for that next rush.
Taking time to understand yourself as a person and viewing yourself in a non-biassed way is the key to developing who you are as a person, successfully. I break this down by reflecting on my life experiences and figuring out where things went right / wrong, what I could have done differently to improve outcomes, and the moral values attached to each outcome / action. I identify what aspects of my life that I need to improve on whether that is health, personality, or career wise. CREATE A PLAN, AND EXECUTE!
I've spent years developing and studying incredible habits to ensure success. These include techniques such as a consistent planner aimed at my goals. I recommend everybody gets their tasks, goals, planner, to-do list, anything that you need done on a piece of paper or on a whiteboard. It is critical that it is on something physical for you to view everyday. If it is physical, you cannot ignore it. On your phone, you may just swipe it away, no more worries, but you cannot swipe away a piece of paper stuck to your door.
As a child I always found myself pondering the meaning of the universe. In my efforts, I came to a conclusion on an inner desire to help fuel and aid in the growth of my peers and to be a leader and role model in my community.
I always assess each situation in order to find the most ethical solution with the greatest outcome. I teach the people around me to provide the greatest level of care and support they can to the people around them.
My motivation comes from a longing to give to the people who have supported me and have been positive role model to as many people as they can be. The leaders in our world are the ones who can improve it and those leaders who have played positive roles in my development deserve to be supported by me in the best way I can.
I am also motivated to create a life of success and opportunity for my future children.
